SEVENTEEN models were tucked into dormitory beds after frolicking with pop sensation Robbie Williams in an apple orchard, riding tractors and doing yoga at his side.






The models starred in Williams?s latest music video filmed in Cape Town this week ? featuring the British singer as a guru worshipped by beautiful Bohemian women.


The video for the upbeat Sin Sin Sin, the third hit single from his album Intensive Care, was shot on the eve of the South African leg of his much hyped Let Me Entertain You 2006 world tour.


Scenes for the video were shot at Oak Valley Estate nestled in Elgin Valley outside Cape Town, inside and in the back yard of deceased mining tycoon Brett Kebble?s Monterey Mansion in Bishopscourt, and at the Marsh Memorial Children?s Home in Rondebosch.


Andrew Brown, a newspaper photographer who witnessed the filming at Oak Valley Estate, said: ?Robbie is portrayed as a sort of guru surrounded by women worshipping him. At the beginning they had flat bellies which grew ? so they seemed pregnant towards the end.


?Robbie seemed nice enough and the girls didn?t seem too fazed about working with him,? he said.

Williams had his own trailer at the filming location but joined the rest of the cast and crew for lunch.



Ken McKenzie of production company McKenzie Rudolphe, which facilitated the filming, did not respond to questions about the video from the Sunday Times.

But witnesses told the Sunday Times that Williams, whose upcoming Cape Town and Pretoria concerts sold out in just seven hours, was whisked around in a silver Mercedes-Benz flanked by two cars full of security officers.

Video scenes filmed at Oak Valley Estate on Wednesday showed the models and Williams in an apple orchard, riding on a tractor and playing games.

Williams was filmed getting into a Rolls-Royce in the back yard of Monterey Mansion on Thursday. Scenes with smoke effects and flower petals were filmed in a bedroom in the mansion.

Scenes showing models doing yoga, cleaning a corridor with a vacuum cleaner, and being put to bed in a dormitory were filmed at Marsh Memorial Children?s Home on Friday. ?We were all very happy about the way things were done. The children weren?t moved out,? said a childcare worker at the home, where about 60 children between the ages of two and 11 live.

The video was directed by Vaughan Arnell, the man behind the controversial video for Williams?s single Rock DJ, which featured the pop star prancing around and peeling off his own flesh, which is eaten by women.

Williams launched his solo career after splitting from boy band Take That in the late ?90s.

A highly publicised battle with drugs and alcohol followed, until he eventually checked himself into a rehabilitation facility.

The pop star stuck to his new, clean lifestyle while in Cape Town. He was spotted by a waitress drinking mineral water at the Planet Bar, adjoining the Mount Nelson Hotel. Other witnesses saw Williams savouring peppermint tea on the hotel?s patio and washing down curry with bottled water at Bukhara, an Indian restaurant in central Cape Town.

After much public debate concerning the prospect of his eternal damnation, notorious love-rat Robbie Williams has all but confirmed his position on St Peter's red list with the release of his new single, Sin Sin Sin.
The single is the third to be taken from Williams' Intensive Care album. The video for Sin Sin Sin - shot in Cape Town, South Africa - is a typically sacrilegious Williams effort, featuring the bearded singer acting as a guru in a commune full of pregnant women.
Williams' world tour is already underway, having kicked off in Durban on 10 April. It is expected that a number of outdoor Australian dates will be announced in around four weeks time

LIFE STYLE EXTRA (UK) - Robbie Williams wants to start his own mystical religion... dedicated to extra-terrestrials.

The heartthrob singer hopes his bizarre alien faith will be as big as celebrity favourite, Scientology, which counts A-list stars like Tom Cruise and John Travolta among its followers.

He came up with the plan after reading about the late L. Ron Hubbard, the founder of Scientology - which teaches that aliens created the world.

He told BBC Radio 2 presenter Chris Evans: "If L. Ron Hubbard can start a cult, then so can I.

"I'm not going to start it right now because I'm too busy. But I want to do it. I think the cult will have to wait until next year. But it will be free and universal."

The religion would reportedly be aimed at people who share Robbie's long-running fixation with aliens.

Last year the singer claimed the world would soon be invaded by little green men.

He said: "I've been dreaming every night about UFO's. I can't wait to go to sleep at night because those dreams have been so brilliant.

"I think they are definitely on their way, seriously. Mark my words. From now until 2012 - watch out kids."

Robbie has also claimed he had premonitions San Francisco was going to be destroyed by an earthquake, but says extra-terrestrials prevented the disaster.

NO WAY, there is one store called Newbury Comics that carries mainstream and more esoteric music and they had a nice vaiety of Robbie cds but they don't have the singles. I either order it from the site or go to ebay.
In fact this store actually had the NEW Pet Shop Boys cd which I wanted and wasn't going to be available until summer in the US>

Just checked Capital Radio's website and took a look at this week chart. Robbie entered at No. 20 :( Cant be too surprised as Ive not seen much promotion for the song even though Rob has been pretty busy! Maybe it will go up further next week :confused:

The single is definately worth buying for the b'side Our Love - which I think is great.

After a run of 25 consecutive Top 15 hits since launching his solo career with Freedom in 1996, Williams debuts at number 22 with Sin Sin Sin, the third single from his current album Intensive Care. It's not likely to climb, being fully released last week on 7-inch, CD and DVD as well as download for a disappointing total of 7,410 sales. Williams hasn't had a record chart this low since 1992, when he reached number 47 with Once You've Tasted Love as a member of Take That. Intensive Care responds to the Top 20 TV and radio airplay support given to Sin Sin Sin by improving 169-112 this week, on sales up 58.6% at 1,848. Nevertheless, it's unprecedented for an album by Williams to be absent from the Top 75 when a third single is released.[/

The exception is the single at Number 22, 'Sin Sin Sin' from Robbie Williams which actually did have a physical release last week and so as a result can be considered a genuine flop in Robbie terms. No single he has ever been involved with, right the way back to his Take That days, has ever failed to make at least the Top 20. Worryingly a fifth single from the 'Intensive Care' album is set for release in the summer - could that wind up charting even lower?

I really dont know why they bothered releasing this. No promotion, in and out of the charts in a blink of an eye. It was a standing joke on a recent radio 2 programme.

don't get so down about it. its coz everybody buys his album so dont need to buy the single. the singles chart means tiddley sqat these days. they've even dropped totps this week so that shows u how much notice people take of the singles top 40. now if he didn't sell many albums then i would be worried.

I really didn't like sin sin sin when i heard it on IC even after listening to it 10 times.But the first time i saw the film clip i was won over lol.To me it must just have been one of those songs that need the film clip to go with it.Every time it comes on TV1 my son starts laughing at how robbie looks.

Sin sin sin is number 28 this week in the australian singles chart. :)
