falling_angel 03-03-2010, 08:12 AM HeartBreakfast:This is AMAZING! We've just announced a exclusive, intimate gig with Robbie Williams! Thursday 18th March in.
Heart's Love Music Live is back with ROBBIE WILLIAMS. Yes, you can win tickets to see him 10am Monday morning with Toby Anstis.
Read on rw.com and the news comes from twitter
And ones again only tickets to win :tease:
tasha 03-03-2010, 08:21 AM I heard about a big announcement on Heart yesterday and my gut feeling was that it was about Robbie and a gig!!!
I was soo excited when I heard this morning that my feeling was right, but came down with a thud, as I am sure it will be hard to get a ticket!!
Good luck everyone!!!
TheMissus 03-03-2010, 08:41 AM nothing on rw.com yet :( but now switching radio stations just in case :D
nupica 03-03-2010, 08:57 AM I don't know if I've understood it well. Can I enter the competition on line? No need to listen to the shows? Not limited to UK people only? :shaz:
tasha 03-03-2010, 09:00 AM Nupica, you can enter online as well, but the link is not there to do it yet. I think they have only 10 pairs to give away online. The remainer will be given away to their listeners, so yes, you will have to listen and call in.
Not sure whether its only open to UK residence only though.

yes, you have to answer the question and make a account there.. I have enter to the competion.. so you not have to live in uk.
nupica 03-03-2010, 09:03 AM OK thanks. I will try on line, then, but with my luck... :re:
tasha 03-03-2010, 09:07 AM terms and conditions are here:

ABBEYrd1823 03-03-2010, 09:32 AM From Heart Breakfast radio :

See him perform your favourite tracks at this once in a lifetime gig. We’ll have your first chance to win on Monday morning"

TheMissus 03-04-2010, 12:11 PM As this thread turned into a big moan about radio competition tickets rather than the concert itself I have moved all those posts to the moaning thread. We will try and keep this one for information about the actual concert :)
So sad.....other competitions...:(
Could it be Abbey Road? Is that in West London?
Extract from Neil Taylor's Blog posted: 12th March 2010

It's in North West London Susi, so i guess it's a possibility.....but didn't they say a glamorous location or words to that effect?....

nupica 03-17-2010, 06:48 AM Is the winners' list already posted?
tasha 03-17-2010, 09:25 AM Not yet I dont think.
I tried online, but failed. I did try and phone in but it was impossible to get through and got too stressed out doing it, so I gave up!!!
TheMissus 03-17-2010, 09:34 AM I sat and waited for my call from rw.com yesterday but it never came. They probably looked up my username and saw what a moany biatch I've been about the forum colours and decided not to ask me :pmsl:
nupica 03-17-2010, 09:35 AM But the concert is tomorrow, what are they waiting for? Probably most of the winners will have to ask for a day off and normal things like that...
tasha 03-17-2010, 09:39 AM No doubt they have called the winners, but just havent posted up the details yet!

the winners from rw.com have been contacted - there are a couple of comments in the messages bit. I don't know if they have been given any details yet, though?

Winners were given details via email,
and it's not abby road lol
abby road is not a glamorous location

Maybe it's his living room - it would probably fit the tiny audience :ok: Robbie Williams live in "his" living room. And Ayda could cook something up in the kithen and serve drinks.

And as it's a free gig, the attendants will have to ride the broom and clean everything after all
Not sure if it's live but here's the link to Heart Radio just in case (http://player.musicradio.com/heartlondon/live)
Just checked that link worked and the DJ said ''next new song from Robbie''....
Not that I'm very interested in the gig, but I don't understand the secrecy. Why not announce where it is? It's not like it's blasted all over the newspapers that he is doing a gig, I would imagine only fans on forums and Heart listeners knows, so it's annoying that - once more - a lot of us are totally excluded from the tiny inner circle who have tickets. It's probably the last concert he is doing in a long time, he should really try to include all fans who already feels left out - maybe stream it on his website or something (but probably he's forgotten he has a website).
Btw, I can imagine he's not really into doing anything tonight or tomorrow after this weeks chart position - that's if he's management hasn't kept him in the dark once again. I wouldn't be surprised if it's all cancelled in the last minute due to sceduling conflicts - we've heard that one before.
G.Brown 03-18-2010, 04:51 PM No, it won't be cancelled :ok:
But yes, I also think it should at least be aired.
G.Brown 03-18-2010, 04:52 PM And they have just said on Heart London, that they will bring an exclusive interview later tonight or tomorrow morning, which will be recorded before the show
U.S./ROBBIE/FAN 03-18-2010, 05:02 PM maybe stream it on his website or something
I was thinking the same Susi. Even if it isn't live (which would be FANTASTIC). I would love if they would record and edit it then post it on the site for fans to watch.
Monica 03-18-2010, 05:17 PM I was thinking the same Susi. Even if it isn't live (which would be FANTASTIC). I would love if they would record and edit it then post it on the site for fans to watch.
That would be great
I'm still not wiser - will the concert be aired live? If not, I dont get the point of a radio station getting involved.
Heard from someone that its at the Ivy - wonder if its true??
That would be swish!
How on earth have they managed to keep it a secret? The only way that's possible is to offer every mod on every fansite tickets and make them swear to secrecy. I don't mind them getting tickets at all, that's only fair as they do an amazing job, but this secrecy gets to me, they are shutting all others out and forming an inner circle into whitch we are not welcome, it feels that way. Is it a wonder most fans are pissed off? If that's the way Robbie Williams is going to make business from now on, then good luck.... but I wont play along.
jayne64 03-18-2010, 08:09 PM Heard from someone that its at the Ivy - wonder if its true??
That would be swish!
The private members club? separate to the restaurant....that would figure.....do you think maybe it is being filmed :shaz: hence the security.....

:noway: False
:noway: False
Why not just come out and say instead of these little teasers?
jayne64 03-18-2010, 08:16 PM :noway: False
So where! surely it's too late now to matter?
G.Brown 03-18-2010, 08:21 PM Why not just come out and say instead of these little teasers?
I didn't see it as a teaser, I just wanted to negate a guess.
From that point of view, I should have shut up, yes, sorry for that.
Why not coming out? Because I was asked to not tell until after the gig.
I understand where you come from, Susi, and honestly I cannot tell you any reason for this secrecy either, as I simply dunno.

It wasn't a guess- someone told me thats where they were right now. At the gig. I guess that means they are not being truthful!

......and it is near The Millennium Hotel where some of the competition winners are staying.
tasha 03-18-2010, 08:27 PM Heart will have photos and the interview posted up on their website for tomorrow, they have done this for all artists that have participate in their live events.
I am pretty sure that all winners were sworn to secretacy as to where the gig was and not allowed to post up where etc, christ knows why, but I guess for security reasons maybe
But it is a pity that they didnt air the show live on Heart so we could all listen in - seems strange to me why they could do this at all.

:shaz: .....because it is being filmed?
G.Brown 03-18-2010, 08:29 PM 1st update from Heart London:
the show has started with some accapella version of "I got a feeling" (Black Eyes Peas) and then launched into "Morning Sun". He said: "This is going to be one of my best nights of my life"
tasha 03-18-2010, 08:31 PM :shaz: .....because it is being filmed?
I dont think theyve ever filmed the other Heart Live events that theyve done. But I hope you are right and we get to see it!!
sterre 03-18-2010, 08:31 PM mmmmm I better keep my cynical arse out of here then cause that last remark does not sound all too promising to cynical me.............

Yep yep it is a matter of national security!
Fed up too... They want it to be serious but for me, and most of us, this is humiliating for all fans. Thank God that promo gigs are finished.

tasha 03-18-2010, 08:57 PM I know you all seem fed up at mo. But I think that all the Heart Live events have all been kepted a secret as far as location goes and theyve not streamed any live, so its not just Robbie who is doing this. But we will all find out soon enough.

But is he who signed the contract accepting the conditions.
And it's not just this concert, this is the last drop.
Betty 03-18-2010, 09:01 PM That's enought for me too, wish them to have fun & enjoy their secracy ! This never happened to me before with other performers whom I am a fan too.
Seriously, is this how they treat Robbie's fans ? :sos:
I won't bother anymore with future Robbie's gigs.....he'll have to come close to where I live :foottap:

Tasha, I really admire your sticking up for Robbie, but please at least give him some credit for actually having some control over his choices in life. He might say this will be the best night ever for him, but for a lot of die hard fans it's not. It's the night I finally realized that I'm not a part of the fan base Robbie cherises.
nupica 03-18-2010, 09:05 PM He said: "This is going to be one of my best nights of my life"
Of course is his best night, it's the last time he'll work in a looooooooooong time :jackie:
I said sorry and I honestly meant sorry. :saddo:
Hey, you haven't done anything wrong :shelley:

You're so right Susi, I realised tonight that I'm not part of Robbie's fanbase cherises too, and the way they manage all this secracy with Robbie having his best night ever for him, means that it's the way he wants it to be, and YES he does have control over his choices & this is one of them ! This is really disappointing.

It's sad to know that is something he is happy about.............
Betty 03-18-2010, 09:09 PM Of course is his best night, it's the last time he'll work in a looooooooooong time :jackie:
:jackie: Yeah, he'll have some more well deserved vacancies and then be back but not alone, with his band Take That, that will certainly be much more easier for him :jackie:
Of course is his best night, it's the last time he'll work in a looooooooooong time :jackie:
That's a way to look at it - and probably the correct way :jackie: :jackie:
...and it seems he's already packed his pop star outfit in the suitcase and is wearing his hideous grandpa gardigan (why make yourself older than you actual are?)
sterre 03-18-2010, 09:13 PM Well I hate to leave you all, but I am off to bed! I have got a job to go to in the morning, unlike some artists......................

Wishing you all a good night!

He seems in a hurry to get back to his sofa :jackie:
tasha 03-18-2010, 09:17 PM I do try and stick up for Robbie and sometimes I do question why I do! But I concede that you are right, Robbie has choices, and he chose to sign for this concert and all its secretacy, which again you are right, means alot of his fans are left in the cold again.
Heart have made alot of fuss over this competition and the fact that Robbie is doing this gig, far more than any other artist that have participated. They have played Robbie non-stop, in fact, theyve played him soo much that I read on rw.com that someone thought Robbie was DEAD!!!! So why they couldnt make this even bigger one I dont know.
I am seriously bewildered as to why the secretary and why on earth they couldnt stream the concert live to all Heart listeners. That way alot of more fans could of been involved at least and not just UK residence either.
Betty 03-18-2010, 09:19 PM I am wondering if fans count that much anymore for them.... I guess not. They don't care.
nupica 03-18-2010, 09:22 PM I wonder if he will blog again, like he did when Bodies was released............."What a week!!! It was hard to be on the top 70, but we did it!!! Thanks proactive buggers!!! xxx R"

Nupi, you crack me up tonight, thanks for lightening up my night a bit
I don't get the point of the gig after all the hype on Heart all week - no airing, no filming, no nothing - just secrecy. Seriously, what's the point :cowell: I think Rob/managment/record company have their heads burried deep in the sand, oblivious to what's going on up at the surface.

I don't go on the differents sites to make polemical. I only want to know everything about Robbie, because I'm a fan and I love him. :yahoo:
lamponefran 03-18-2010, 11:57 PM But I have to say that for you in England (who are thrue fans) It's not funny that people know the place and don't tell you where is it. But now for all of us the more important is to see the concert on youtube (I hope so)
Could someone please tell me, why it was so important to know where it was? Since if you were winner you'd already know it and if you weren't - actually no need to know. Plus why are some of us (these days) so demanding? :shaz: I'm quite suprised really because one would think that after what happend after Close Encouters and everything fans would be more wiser so to speak. I've started to read Feel again, recently, and Chris Heath's words about "demanding" fans are sadly timeless as it seems. I understand the disappointment some of us are feeling but at the same time I don't. I got it, there is hungry for him (surely not only) due to 3 years hiatus as it was proven by this competition and RW is still surely one of the few who will fill stadiums but have we got the right to demand more promo gigs or bigger promo gigs just because we weren't able to get in? And no, I don't think it would be better if you could for all these gigs buy a ticket, because for Proms and Metro there were tickets you could buy and yet still complaining fans. Damned if you do, damned if you don't.
:sorry:
May I add that this comes from someone who has never had the luck to see RW live live. Not that I couldn't at all - competitions to get to the concerts mostly in Germany or Dublin 2006, even one concert right here (in 2003). Just the luck...
I'm disappointed actually, but by fans :carla:
Leanne-00 03-19-2010, 01:38 AM the mods and competition winners were asked not to say anything, they were doing as instructed even though some felt uncomfortable with it..but seriously, if you were lucky enough to get a ticket but were told to keep your trap shut, wouldn't you do it? Sure you could buy tickets to the Metro in Sydney, ask how many girls here tried all morning to get tickets and how many got through, not many, it was a joke, Mastercard staff had first go and there were so few tickets to buy.
Not really complaining as I could not of stood up for that long, so it was just as well I failed to get tickets, and you are right "damned if you do etc......"

I don't think anyone has a problem with mods getting tickets. They do a great job for free and they should get tickets. I feel sorry for them, they have been put in a very difficult situation, and it's not fair. They are doing their job moderating the sites for all off us, a place where RW fans can come together and share their fandom, it's not up to RW & his team to divide us into A and B fans, where some are in the know and not allowed to speak out. That said, I still don't get the point of keeping the location a secret, other than making a few hundred fans feeling superior to other fans for a few hours. I don't care about the location of the gig, I don't care that I wasn't there. I already got to see him when he was in my country in december, but then I got to share my excitement with everybody in here both in advance and after, everybody was happy for me and wanted to hear about it. And that's in my opinion the fantastic thing about forums. Not to sit here knowing Robbie is on stage somewhere out there and people knows and are not allowed to say.
Leanne-00 03-19-2010, 05:13 AM it wasn't just the mods, all the lucky ones to get tickets were requested to stay mum about the location, the reasons for that I'm really not sure about and I think that most of the people actually felt bad about having to keep quiet. I know that I would have had huge amounts of trouble keeping my mouth shut..:jackie:
I also thought that they should have been able to share the excitement but it was advertised as a secret gig so I suppose keeping it secret was a requirement..
the end result is that we do have some people who did get to go, they will do up some reviews after they have all slept, more than likely with sweet dreams! and photos too..:yahoo: I'm kicking myself that I won't be here this weekend, Im gonna miss the hype and excitement, but it will give me something to read on Monday morning..woohoo

tickets to the metro....well if god was on our side that morning i would of been there there were 20 of us here in PR trying to get tickets only 5 got them you know how upset we were to miss out on a gig like that
you know what eles hurt 4 of us stood outside the venue from 1pm till 11.00pm we were hoping by some small miracle they would sell even a few more tickets at the last minute we tried our damdest to get in at once stage we went insdie to hassle the ticket sellers i could hear robbie singing starstruck who know what instead of enjoying that 2 minutes of hearing him sing i cryed my heart out i was down stairs he was upstairs and i knew i had no chance to see him sing that night it nearly killed me then we stood outside once the show started they locked the dorrs on us so we couldnt even hear the music
we also had to watch druncken women go inside and they stayed for all of 10 minutes they left complaining "oh he is singing his new songs we dont wanna here the new songs we want the old songs" do u know how much we would of given to be inside and then to see drucken girls walk out after 10 minutes
it hurts it hurts very badly.....................i am sorry you feel this way but maybe one day you will understand why we are so desperate to see him if something like our experiance happened to you

nupica 03-19-2010, 08:37 AM Thinking about it, if they want to be grateful with the Mods for the hard work they are doing, why don't they say it clear? "Listen, a very small gig in London just for Mods, friends and relatives". Transparency is not a bad thing. The way it's been organised makes a gig look like a "dirty" thing (I know it's not the best adjective, but I can't think of another one now :cof:) and makes people be pissed off, not only with him but also with the Mods.
I hope he remembered to say thank you to them and all had the chance to talk to him :re:

So glad I stopped being a div and went down there as we managed to get in, a few people didn't turn up so they let 5 of us in!
It went by so quickly, from what I can remember he played Angels, Supreme, Feel,
You Know Me, Come Undone, No Regrets, Starstruck, Morning Sun, Bodies, Rock DJ! I can't think of any more! He did his usual and forgot the the words to feel and when he said he was going to do Angels a lot of people shouted 'NO' haha
He made a lot of jokes about his clothing and people chanted 'get your kit off' to which he replied 'you'll all go off me if you do! When he sang YKM he made people chant 'kill her' as noone really cheered when he said it was dedicated to her (stupidness). He also did a lot of dodgy dancing as per usual! He mentioned touring and would people go to see him and he did a pinky swear that it wouldn't make him take drugs again!
Nice to see Ayda is with him as we were walking round the corner to go home and he was just getting into his car and he stopped to say hello and she was with him!
Bed time now as am shattered!! Long day!
Oh and ps the RW mods were there! Dunno why they don't just say, I agree with Linz, they do a job so fair enough they get freebies!

marielle 03-19-2010, 10:55 AM Robbie Williams jokes about Mark Owen's 'trouble'
Last updated at 09:50fm on

Robbie Williams (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/related-2824-robbie-williams.do) attempted to make light of his former bandmate Mark Owen (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/related-5609-mark-owen.do)'s
personal woes, joking it was "nice" that he was not the one in trouble.
http://i.thisislondon.co.uk/i/pix/2010/03/robbiegig-500.jpg
Playing a small gig in London last night, the ex-Take That (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/related-90930-take-that-band.do) star,
who has battled drug and alcohol addictions in the past,
said it was a "surprise" that he had not been the one to hit the
headlines for the wrong reasons this week.
Gallery:Robbie Williams plays intimate London gig (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard-pictures/Robbie+Wiliams+plays+intimate+London+gig-latest.do?id=23374973&page=1)
Before launching into his first song, Bodies, he told the 300-strong crowd:
"This is going to be one of the best nights of my life, do you know,
it's nice to be one of the only ones out of Take That not in trouble
this week? That's a surprise, isn't it?"Take That singer Owen
confessed earlier this week to battles with womanising and drink. The
38-year-old checked into a "private clinic" after apologising for
having a string of affairs behind his wife's back and revealing he had
an alcohol problem. The pop star and his wife Emma, who have two
children, married only last October but have been together for five
years. He told The Sun he had sought advice from Williams, and had
discussed his drink problem with Take That colleagues Gary Barlow (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/related-3815-gary-barlow.do),
Howard Donald (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/related-11139-howard-donald.do) and Jason Orange (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/related-11076-jason-orange.do).Williams' one hour set was organised by
the Heart radio network as part of Heart Love Music Live, with the audience
made up of competition winners.
Some 2.4 million people had called for the exclusive tickets.
The singer entertained the crowd with songs from his latest album,
before launching into his old hits, including Rock DJ, Feel and Supreme.
Announcing he was dedicating No Regrets to Take That, a request from the
crowd led him to dedicate the song to an audience member.
Williams also sang recent single You Know Me in honour of fiancee Ayda Field (http://www.thisislondon.co.uk/standard/related-37254-ayda-field.do).

Mariella 03-19-2010, 01:37 PM i just read this review from linny at rw.com
....It was awesome, 200 people met Neil, and Gary and Jamie teakson
Oh Jon Wilkes was also there.
He sang a little of "it's gonna be a good night and then went into bodies, he sounded fantastic
He made jokes about being the only one from the TT boys not to be in trouble for once (referring to Mark and Owen)
He made some comment about MS only going in to the charts at 93 and swore, but thank everyone for there support
he sang bodies, MS, then Feel, u know me, Supreme, star stuck, rock DJ and Angels
he was moaning about his dancing and said he had picked the wrong clothes to wear as he was hot and sweaty.
He couldn't believe that over 21/2 million people tried to get tickets.
and one man paid 15000 pounds for two ticks....
well at least he realised , that the cardi was a bit too much ;)
RobbiesMonkey 03-19-2010, 01:54 PM Who cares if it was a "secret"? They probably didn't want to get swamped with a bunch of people that wouldn't all fit the venue. Or if they just wanted for "special friends and family" who cares? None of us are his friends or family so why feel alienated? I think anyone who has seen him live at anytime should be happy they got that chance and stop complaining about it. Because he doesn't EVER come to my country and I have never seen him live. This is typical of when he talks about the fans wanting more and more and it never being enough.
Oh and his outfit looks like something Ellen Degenres would wear.
Mariella 03-19-2010, 01:57 PM God that boy should ditch the cardigans............why cant he just wear t'shirt and jeans!!!
.......here an extract of foxyrobbiefan`s review of rw.com:
.....I yelled "get yer cardigan off Robbie" which led to a chorus of "off,off,off..."! He refused saying we would have to wait for a couple of months as he was too chunky (I couldn't disagree more!). He was sweating profusely in his cardi and cursed himself for deciding to wear it, but he would not remove it, although he gave us a quick flash of his tummy tattoos So, he was wearing a cardi to cover his bod, bless him he's just like the rest of us lol.........
so he didn`t want to take the cardi off ( which i think doesn`t look so terrrible or grandpa style, the jacket in cologne was "worse " then) although he was sweating like hell `cause he thinks he is too chunky...i am already thinking that this is the reason for a long time, already 2006 with the long coat and now all the time since "the comeback", and that is such a crap, it isn`t true - he doesn`t have to hide anything....isn`t it terrible what all the talking about his body and weight made of it, looks like he really got a complex with it ...too bad `cause it is not even true that he has too much weight at all http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/traurig/a070.gif
but nevertheless they got birdies:ohhh: ...lucky bunch. ... got no birdies at the cologne gig http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/traurig/a070.gif but i would have been so perfect i would have had a perfect view...
anyway.. i think it appears so weird to us , now with the clothes he wears now, `cause in the past it was so totally different, so sometimes it nearly got from 100 points sex-appeal to zero, we really got spoiled in the past and now this , but the saddest thing about it , is just the reason he thinks all the time now he never looks fit / thin enough for it, what bullshit...and that he is standing there at the gig sweating his ass off http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/verschiedene/d030.gif with all the clothes on and agonizes himself

You’re right …we’re just letting off a bit steam out of frustration…our moaning is perhaps all a bit academic considering that RKTVS went multi platinum in the UK  and that 2 million people + applied for tickets. Enough reason to announce a tour…:wl:
I am really pleased that the mods from the official site were invited…I know how hard we all work here. It’s not easy trying to create and maintain the right balance on an international forum …. http://www.cheesebuerger.de/images/midi/frech/b015.gif
As for that jumper/cardigan... Robbie that jumper makes you look even bigger  seriously though, it’s sad that he thinks how he looks to us is more important than seeing and listening him perform live…we’re not that shallow…well some of us anyway…:tease:

I’m sure Ayda has a sense of humour and realises that it’s all a bit of fun and in the spirit of the moment and nothing to do with whether we respect Robbie. He was hot and sweating so it seemed like a reasonable request for fans to tell him to take his jumper off…even if there was a hidden agenda….
He should stick to singing, it seems everything that came out of his mouth yesterday was rubbish.
The Mark Owen comments made the headlines today. I think it's nothing to joke about, but to be fair, if anyone could get away with it it's Robbie. He's been through it himself and has had his share of people joking about his addictions. Probably he wouldn't mind if anyone joked like that about him. But he should also know that comments like that doesn't do him any favours.
He looked perfectly fine to me, I wish he would stop having this bad image of himself - get your kit off Robbie, you can't be a pop star wearing a cardigan on stage. The former sex God is still somewhere in there under layers off wool?
I didn't quite get the "kill her" remark - why say something like that?
Why do I get the sneaking feeling this show had an agenda? Which I suspect more and more is to see how many callers would ring in to get tickets. They might fumble in the dark in regards to a tour and how big they can think.

yes true, really that jumper makes him look even bigger:D...but i don`t think he thinks about the fans and that they would say or think sth. negative, i would say/ or better hope that most of us don`t care if he has some more weight or not ...i think it is because of the tabloids and news magazines and their reports and comments the following days in the media...you know they really wrote a lot of mean and nasty stuff, i can imagine that this hurts and then you develop strategies to avoid this...

that is no reason at all, there a hundreds of people in showbusiness, married , with children and also some even older than Rob, they didn`t start to do another show or present themselves with less sex-appeal, especially look at all those female stars in music business, it is part of the business...your private life and what you do in public/ on stage is a different kettle of fish ..so i wouldn`t say that this is the reason, there is not much connection in general, and i also don`t think in Rob`s case, it is just his own enhancements and changing

robbie going all the presentations, accompanied by his fiancee maybe she is afraid that the fans will take her love
robbie not want to show the body, because ayda is present, robbie wants to tell us exactly
because ayda not stay in his home and she leaves robbie robbie act more freely and friendly on stage with fans who love him, because she is so close as chewing gum,she has every day every minute every second, we've got just two hours on stage, but she does not even let us share with him, two hours on stage.
she is always stuck in the middle, Ayda, frankly I'm tired.

I have no problems with the tickets given to the mods, the problem is the way things have been done. I like things done in the light and not the the dark secretly like it was made. They made us believe for months that we were all equal, all fans in the same conditions and with the same opportunities to participate in competions and win tickets. This has never been true.
I agree with Shell here, many unofficial Robbie fans-forums like this one have been runned for years when Robbie was on his break. Was never said a simple THANKS to admin or moderators?

I really hope no one in the audience gave Robbie or Ayda the impression that they do not accept their relationship. He should worry far more about other stuff that are bothering his fans. I actually think YKM is the perfect song to dedicade to Ayda, I've always thought it could have been written with her in mind.
Btw, nothing up on YouTube yet - or on Heart. What happend to the interview?

sterre 03-19-2010, 06:15 PM Well actually after writing my last post I think I do have high expactations and Rob is the one who has put them there. And on the other hand he is giving us mixed signals that I think it's not a real wonder there might be a bit of frustration.....
-He said he was so happy his fans were still buying his records at the Electric Proms, and he said he was so happy he was still populair. But his promoshows showed something different....excluding lots of his fanbase, crazy actions that seemed so much more commercial than anything else (I mean having to buy a two year phonecontract for a ticket.....phoning stupid radioshows for so much money a minute etc.)
- He told us time and time again he will do better at his blog!
- He mentions a tour and never gives anything definite but only vague answers (including I might change my mind if I feel like it! .....)
- He belittles his fanbase with chants like last nights "Kill her, kill her" like we all only think of him in a sexual way, but still wants to be taken serious as an artist by the same fanbase.
-He keeps the rumours going on the TT get together, but never gives a definite answer.

I actually think the TT joke was funny.....its very different when you see his face with it, he is more joking about himself than about the lads, the bodylanguage says it all.........
He looks handsome as always.....still very disappointed ......but damn he does look handsome

nina loves robbie 03-19-2010, 10:17 PM I will never blink again when Robbie does promo - I will miss it once again  I think most of us have a feeling of it all being over before it ever really started. Maybe we had too high expectations, I've been soul searching for a long time, why do I feel so let down. My gut feeling tells me it's not good for my mind and body to stay on because off all the frustration it causes me, but my heart tells me to stay.
susi i am not going anyware we can struggle together...................you have been battleing this for a long time but you never said your heart tells you to stay.................please listen to your heart you have come this far why give it all away when he is still in your heart:missus:
GirlFromOz 03-20-2010, 07:55 AM Thanks for the videos & pics.
Why don't I feel excited or happy seeing them? It seems to me we are seeing the same performance over & over, same songs & it is becoming boring. Where is Starstruck, Last Days of Disco?
Is he only promoting his singles...but there are 12 tracks on the new album, & some great songs that are not being put out in his promos. It feels like RKTVS is dead & buried...sad, I know, but that is my feeling.
Who knows when we will see Robbie Williams again?
The promos are finished...maybe a wedding in the near future...then what!!!!!!!!!!!!
tasha 03-20-2010, 10:09 AM I think he did do Starstuck in all the private concerts? its a fab song especially when it is sung live.
I do agree though, he seems to leave alot off the set list from RKTVS and just sticks to the songs that are being released (except for the Proms gig where we did get a few extra).
But I think he is trying to please fans by playing alot of his old stuff as well. I think he feels that his old stuff is more popular that his new stuff, which is a shame, cause his new stuff is just as brilliant. But he should be out there singing more from RKTVS as its a fab album!.
cheetha 03-20-2010, 11:07 AM Was it really that many people phoning in to get tickets? I'm sure a lot of fans tried at least 10 times to get through, so that must have massively increased the number. It's a shame the gig wasn't broadcast live like the Cologne gig was. Wasn't there supposed to be an interview with him and Jamie Theakston as well?
Thanks for the videos & pics.

I understand, but MS is his current single and of course he is singing it when performing atm, and he sings it so well. But if I hear Feel one more time on a show (which I wont now!) I'll scream - it's an amazing song but you can butcher a song by singing it too much, and he's done that now. I would love to hear him sing Difficult for Weirdos, love that song, but there is no way he's going to remember all the words in that song :wl:
He did great last night - his outfit was perfect for the show, but tbh, I didn't find him sexy, and that was because someone had burchered his hair, it looked like it had been cut by a hairdressers newly hired apprentice

I love you Nina :shelley: of course in my heart I still love Robbie, I'm just frustrated with him atm, "I love you but I don't like you right now" kind of....
But even if I would go off him at some point, leaving you guys would be impossible, we have our own little world in here and it's an amazing thing.

i think fans would of been ringing up more than 10 times
they would of hit the redial button so many times they probably
wouldnt of been able to count them
Oh, what I wanted to say above but forgot - don't you think it's sad that he is stopping promo now where he at last seems to have found his feet performing again? It's taken him a long time and now he is going away and will have to go through months of finding his feet again next time he pops up, whenever that will be.
