Oh the memories.....

indeed... I was gutted that I didnt go on the first day when he brought the lovely Jonny on stage to sing happy birthday... but was relieved that I got Mark Owen...wasn't that a special moment?

I was there on the second night night so i missed both , but i saw it on the dvd i bet that was right buzz!!

The place went crazy, and all the lovely close-ups of them singing on the screens were just like old times.

oh but Paula... you got to see his lovely mum on the stage.. I was gutted I missed that as well...

yeht true , i would have liked to have seen mark owen though .

it was one of those things where every night had something special...I couldn't stand the three days on that though...one day was exhausting enough

yeh too right we didnt get back to the hotel untill about 4am

where the hell were you staying? we stayed in London and had one fo the bus travel things that we booked separatly to our tickets.. it worled really well... although everyone else on our bus was boring and went to sleep and Mousepractice and I (along with another of our friends) were talking ten to the dozen and re living all the bits and being very loud!!! I don't suppose we were very popular

We wre well drunk coming out of the feild it took us ages , we couldnt find the coach,we were all sing ing it was a right laugh . I didnt even see the hotel i was wel drunk didnt have the breakfast either.

I could never have got drunk at Knebworth or any other big field gig.. i would need to toilet too much and it would be so much hassle

I've sussed that - if you hold it from the start its fine, if you go once you've buggered it lol

going to my mates at the weekend for a pre robbie warm up , we will definatley be watching knebworth and partying .

We befriended some drunk lad wandering about with a poster. He'd completely lost his bus and didnt have a clue how he was going to get home, but he was perfectly happy! He's probably still there...........

If we lived a touch close you'd be quite welcome . not a lot of my mates like robbie but my best mate does i drag her to all the concerts with me , she likes him but shes not obsessed as i am .

Hiya, yes the DVD was an edited version combining all three nights shows. The TV recording was from the Saturday only.

I still have a copy somewhere on video but I'm sure there will be someone on here who has a downloaded version somewhere!!

I know that this is a real blast from the past but we've been sorting through old videos today and chanced upon Knebworth, Saturday, on video. As I type hubby has asked me to pause until he returns lol.

At the time of Knebworth I thought that Saturday was the 'worst' of the the 3 nights-played too much to the camera's imo..


5 1/2 years on Knebworth,even sat was brilliant............
